So remember how people were up in arms about Knoxes DNA being found on the blade that killed Meredith Kuthcher? Well, it turns out the DNA on the handle was actually rye bread and not DNA at all.
The prosecutors just made the whole thing up completely. Not only that, but there 53 other counts of forensic mishandling of the evidence all of which were "mistakes" that just happened to favor the prosecution.
The story is ridiculous, the concocted story by the prosecution is ridiculous, and the prosecutors have almost singularly used sexism, anti-american sentiment and sensationalism to sell the prosecution of Knox.
All I can say is, don't be pretty, American and female when a murder is committed in Italy.
Talk about witch hunts. It's no wonder the organization that brought the world the Inquisition and the inaptly named "Crusades" came out of Rome.
